The apartment is beautifully appointed and comprises 2 good sized double bedrooms with air conditioning, one with en suite bathroom and one further family bathroom.The kitchen includes hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There is also a washing machine and dryer.

The dining/sitting room has views of the sea and mountains and opens into the kitchen.
There is a very large furnished terrace , suitable for dining, with beautiful views of the sea
and mountains. The communal swimming pool is set in attractive gardens overlooking the sea.

The nearest beach is 5 minutes away but there is a choice of many beaches in the area with Burriana beach being the most developed complete with restaurants and watersports. Available in Nerja – tennis, riding, hiking, mountain biking, sailing etc and don’t forget to visit the caves where ballet and concerts are also held at special times of the year. The little village of Frigiliana up in the hills behind Nerja is also worth a visit and has won many prizes for the best kept and most scenic village in Spain. Baviera Golf is just a 12 minute drive away
There are 2 water parks - 1 at Torre Del Mar and 1 at Alumunecar, a 20 min drive away.
